The hotel offers comfortable and neat rooms, despite some cleanliness issues. The staff were helpful, but the presence of noisy children was a downside. The location is great, close to Cable Beach, although the early closing time of facilities was unexpected.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent, right on Cable Beach, but some cleanliness and maintenance issues were disappointing. The service was friendly and attentive, however, there were some lapses in housekeeping. The dining options were basic but with a nice touch of a voucher. The facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were large and simply gorgeous, providing a perfect atmosphere. However, I did notice a few things that needed replacement, like broken items. The patio view backing onto the bushland was basic but decent. The service was a bit of a hit and miss; while the staff were divine with our children, the morning noise from the pool gate was quite bothersome. Location-wise, the resort was conveniently close to Cable Beach and featured a great pool area, but I found it a bit far from the beach and restaurants. Dining experience was satisfactory but could have been better with longer opening hours and more varied options.
